Dear New Habits April,
You had a little bit of a melt down at your mom and dads yesterday, but so glad you stayed strong. It is nice to have so much support, however the leftover pastel Easter M&M's almost gotcha(but they didn't)! It's going to be tough to break the sweet treat after every meal habit, it's not that you need it, you are just so used to having it (blames mother & grandmothers). I know you aren't craving the pasta, dairy, and bread, you even did better without your cereal today! You made an awesome supper last night, that one is for sure a keeper! Don't you just love how much you have to be creative on whole30? Each meal is so thought out and planned, that boring can not be an option! Hope you continue to find each day that you're getting better at this!
