I understand that it has been a while since you posted. I know your Internet access time has been limited over the past several days. I am thrilled that you are still on the program and actually finding that you like it. Its true that nothing taste as good as feeling good. I am impressed that you got your workouts in early in the morning while you were away on your work trip. I know going out of town when you have food restrictions can be tricky, however you just have to plan ahead. You have a very busy family packed weekend with a family wedding, so there will be lots of "off limits" food so be sure you eat before and pack a snack. Love Old Habits April

Day 4
Dear New Habits April,
You are on your 4th day. I must say you are doing great. Much better than I ever thought you would do. I see that you have discovered your workouts are improving. Sometimes I think you could even push yourself to do a little extra! Yesterday you downloaded a cover rendition of Beyonce's "halo" by new artist LP. I see that she is getting you through your sugar cravings, I think you get the same buzz just by listening to good music. So tune into your body just like you tune into your music! You can Rock this! 27days! -

Day 3
Dear New Habits April,
You had a little bit of a melt down at your mom and dads yesterday, but so glad you stayed strong. It is nice to have so much support, however the leftover pastel Easter M&M's almost gotcha(but they didn't)! It's going to be tough to break the sweet treat after every meal habit, it's not that you need it, you are just so used to having it (blames mother & grandmothers). I know you aren't craving the pasta, dairy, and bread, you even did better without your cereal today! You made an awesome supper last night, that one is for sure a keeper! Don't you just love how much you have to be creative on whole30? Each meal is so thought out and planned, that boring can not be an option! Hope you continue to find each day that you're getting better at this!

Day 2
Dear New Habits April,
You made it your first day without going insane, congratulations. I heard last night at craft club you were pretty hungry and were a little ravenous with the carrot sticks and snow peas, and mixed nuts. Every couple of hours you felt like you needed something to eat. I think you have came to the conclusion just after one day that sugar/carbs trick your body into a euphoric fullness. Let's try not to be so beast like while eating today! You are not going to starve. I know you feel like a cave woman, but let's just hope your results are as hot!

Day One
Dear New Habits April,
Today you begin the challenge! Whole30 is a commitment I know you can take on! It will change your life. You will become a healthier, happier person when all is said and done. I know you love your bowl of cereal and your vanilla bliss in your coffee, but let's just see if you can go without. You have your freezer stocked and your daily meals planned. You are ready! You can not let yourself down, or the people who have committed to doing the challenge with you down. Whenever you crave that spoon full of creamy J.I.F. peanut butter, say to yourself that change is worth sacrifice! Also, please don't whine about the lack of wine, give your body a break!
